Agree with the other mummy. Focus on adding more nutritious items to your bread and burgers. Eg more variety of veggies, good protein like chicken breast. No need to force yourself to eat rice or noodles if you don't have an appetite for them.

Yes, is okay for first trimester when your choices of food you can keep down is little. Try to eat fruits/veggies you can tolerate. As you reach 2nd tri and your appetite improves, you can add more nutritious food to your diet.

As long as you also add some protein and fiber and not too much processed food I think it’s ok:)
