Been craving for kitkat, is it safe to have those during pregnancy? like, i want it almost every day.

Sad to say tikim lang dapat. Mahirap mag ka diabetes habang buntis. Mahirap kontrolin pero para sainyo ni baby dapat. Relate ako, ako naman hilig ko choco sundae 😭😭😭 any icecream and cakes cookies
