I had acai bowl during my first tri but baby is still well. Everything in moderation, don’t stress yourself out by being too conscious of what to eat and what not to. Just think twice if it’s healthier, the rest to eat in moderation- this is key. I’ve been making acai smoothie at home for a few days in a row cause I crave it. All good.
