Post-natal massage

Hi mummies- from your experience, which type of post natal massages would you prefer or opt for? jumu or TCM kind of massages? I’m trying to evaluate which to go for! :) your recommendations and suggestions would be helpful!

I went for jamu massage. There’s 5-10 sessions. Will give binder and help to wrap to tighten it. Will help to massage baby’s stomach & oil. Will help to clear engorgements and increase their breast milk supply as their blocked ducts are cleared. What I know most mummies that I know went for jamu though not sure abt TCM post natal.

Hi mummies, any recommendations for good and effective stretch mark creams or oils? I’m into my 20th week and my tummy is expanding rapidly!

I have been using Medela stretch mark cream but wondering if it’s effective!
