Panadol Extra & Coffee

Hi beautiful mommies just wanna check. Can we drink coffee? As im a coffee freak. And Panadol extra we can take right? If we have bad migraine

I limit my coffee intake to once a week

Skip the Panadol extra. They contain caffeine .

Normal panadol is fine. But not panadol extra.

Panadol can be overdosed. Be careful with it.

I am still drinking coffee,limit to 1 cup, but make sure there is a gap between the taking of your prenatal vitamins. Drink plenty of water after that
