Big tummy even after one year of delivery

My bb is one year and three months old still my tummy looks like four months Doing a postnatal massage now will help to shrink my tummy.Please advice how to shrink my tummy now.

Post natal helped me release gasses and what not but it's the binding that really made the tummy smaller faster. At least make it not loose.
