bakit po gnun 21 weeks plang nmn ako pero nahihirapan nako matulog? diko mahanap ung tamang pwesto sa pghiga. pag left or right maya maya nangangalay ung tyan ko na prang nabugbog. pag nkatihaya nmn gnun din may ngalay.. may u- pillow ako pero prang di nmn ganun ka effective. huhuhu
