Same din po. Ang difference lang po sa akin namamanhid and masakit pag bagong gising. Prone po ata talaga ang preggy sa carpal tunnel pag buntis. Galaw-galawin niyo lang po and search exercises to help relieve the pain. Drink water din po for circulation.
