Is it bad to have a back massage when pregnant?

Most spas don't accept pregnant women for massage. In my case, I'm used to getting a massage weekly which started way back before I got pregnant. So since I can't live without the weekly massage, I looked for massage therapists who are willing and knowledgeable in massaging pregnant women. There are also pre-natal spas available, mostly in Timog, QC.
