Self wean

My baby stop bf (self wean) when she turn 8 month 1 week ago. And since then I didn't pump my milk out too. Coz every time i pump it will come out 20ml on each breast. So i guess my milk totally drop? And on the 7th day, my breast feel engorge and slight pain. Should i continue pumping it? TIA

You can use cold compress? Or just pump out enough to make your breast not feel engorged. Don’t empty it completely, so your body stops producing.
