baby saya dh nak 5 hari tak poo poo. baru masuk 4 bulan. dh urut perut kaki dia still belum poo poo. cuma kentut je. perut lembut je tak keras. meragam sebab nk tidur and susu je. mommies ada tips untuk bagi baby cepat poo poo? new mom here risau dah. btw baby fully df #1stimemom

normal puan. baby menyusu susu ibu sepenuhnya mmg begitu. Up to 14 hari pon ada hehe. Asalkan bby aktif, perut lembut InshaAllah no problem. Boleh juga nak excercise kakinya mcm kayuh basikal atau massage2 sikit selepas mandi. ibu lebihkan mkn sayur dan buah oren.boleh refer dr nurhaya lactation center youtube channel.
