bubur for main meal..puree better for snacking...elakkan as main meal sbb awl2 kita nk kenalkan karbo pd bby. utk pemulaan blh bg mkn 1-2x sehari ikut bby..then klu nmpk dia nk makan lg...blh naik 3x sehari, 2x snacking. nk masak, frozen blh tp rasa jd kurang. sy kerja dan masak bubur fresh hari2 utk bekal ke pengasuh. puree blh letak frozen tp up to 1day shj.

it takes time actually. my bby pun xnk telan bubur nasi awl2...keep offering sikit2 and then pelbagaikan menu..buat homemade seasoning (mirepoix, cfs) utk enhance rasa pd meal ank. sbb puree xblh bg enough nutrition pd bby.
