7 month old baby has pimple-like spot at the back of her neck

My baby girl is 7 months old and on/off she will have pimple like bump(s) or spots appearing on her face and/or neck. Is it normal for infants to have pimple like bumps/rash at this age? Is there anything to be worried about?#firstbaby #firsttimeparent
