Umbilical cord

My baby is exactly 1 week old now, then suddenly her cord falls off, but what im concern of, it isn't exactly like we expect. as you see, medyo may light green sia, na parang Nana, hndi namin alam if this is a normal process, or infected? pinatakan namin sia ng alcohol, hindi sia umiyak. nangangapa at kabang kaba kami kung anong ggwin. any advice po?
