Baby rolling but upper body not strong

My baby is able to roll , able to lift up rhe head but not the upper body She is frustrated about it How can i help her? Or just lesve her be?

when you do TT, can your baby whole body up?

She can. But when she roll her hand is like swimming, dont want me to help her to put in correct position ahha
