Constipation

My baby is 3 months old and is fully on breastmilk. He started constipating since mid October and has brought him to see paediatrician for 3 times and am feeding him with probiotics Everyday. Does anyone face the same issue as me? Anything else I can do for my baby?

For breastfeeding bb, it’s normal for them not to poo for max 14days... but once they poo it will be a massive bomb

Do you eat heaty stuff? Cuz bb is drinking our milk if we eat too heaty bb will also have constipation
