Massage - 2 months postpartum

My baby is 2 months and 10days now, I had him thru Emergency Csection. I am currently experiencing pangingilo on my shoulder and upper back coz i carry him most of the time, and wud REALLY love to get a back massage. Is it okay po ba na mgpa massage after csection 2months pp?
