Just Mums

Doesn’t want to sleep at night

My baby is 11 months old and she’s been awake throughout the night for weeks. Would only sleep around 7-8am. Is it normal? Do I have to be patient till she gets back to her normal sleep routine? It’s so exhausting doing this alone i just want her to go back to sleeping at night 🥲 #1stimemom #firstbaby

It's normal to wake up multiple times at night but if baby doesn't sleep at all at night that seems alarming. How many hours of sleep does she get? If she sleeps a lot during the day you should try to limit her day naps to 2 - 3 hours only. 11 month olds should get at least 12 hours of sleep a day.
