Waalaikumusalam wbt. Vitamins are not so essential during pregnancy. But if supplements wise, you need folic acid through tablet. If naturally, you can always consume Iron (Heme) in the form of red meats like beef or lamb. And you can sometimes take internal organ rich in Iron which is the liver. Take care taw ☺️
