reseta sakin ng OB upon discharge ay conzace as multvitamins, continue hemarate as iron supplement since may lochia after giving birth. hindi kasama ang calcium pero i take calciumade as calcium supplement if masakit lang likod ko.

Yes! Tinanong ko rin ang ob ko if safe and she even gave me prescription esp for calcium since cs momma po ako. I’m breastfeeding too and still taking hemarate and fortima 💗
