Asking on behalf: Can I ask for those with confinement nanny who works 28days, what's the norm on e time they arrive on 1st day n time they leave on 28th day? Mine arrived at 4pm on the first day and left at noon on the last day.

A few hours difference to make up a total of 28 days is not significant. Probably during the first day, she had to do some traveling, as most of the CL are traveling from neighbor country to Singapore. Unless you told her to reach earlier but she was still late then you can request her to work for additional few hours in the last day. For engagement of CL through agency, normally they will start work in the morning.

Now that you mentioned, my nanny arrived and left same time as yours. I wouldn't be too particular about it though.
