Asking for a friend. She stopped breastfeeding for three days and now she needs to breastfeed again but her milk supply is low! Need advice on how to get milk supply back up. She's working full time so it is hard to pump as often as she needs to. Any answers would be helpful!

If she is pumping at work, here are a few things that she can do. If her workplace as a designated room for breastfeeding, she can pump every 2-3 hours to increase supply and store it in the fridge. If she doesn't have a room, as Hui Qun mentioned, use a nursing cover or get Freemie. Keep a photo of her child in sight during pumping sessions would also help motivate her. Eating milk boosting foods can also help increase her supply. Here's a link that might help her: http://www.mom365.com/baby/breastfeeding/10-foods-to-increase-lactation.aspx?m=1& And lastly, tell her not to stress over it too much. I did and it only frustrated me rather than help me.
