Doc, my wife often complains about feeling bigger and not like herself since giving birth. Our child is now over two years old. I always support her, but she never wants to take my advice about exercising. Whenever I bring it up, she gets upset and says, "Why do you keep telling me to exercise? Do you think I look that fat?" But that’s not what I mean at all… I just believe that exercise can help her feel better. I don’t know if this has something to do with her hormones or something else, but reading this post, I feel like getting a doctor's advice might really help. Thankfully, my wife has allowed me to ask this here.
