Hi doc... Can staying up late or not getting enough sleep mess with hormones? I often do that. I find it hard to sleep before midnight. trying sleeping pills but i dont want to be addicted to medicine

Staying up late or not getting enough sleep can definately mess with your hormones. avoid screen time 30mins-60mins before bed time, diffusing lavender essential oil in bed room, avoid stimulants by limiting caffeine and sugar intake from afternoon , avoid large meals before bed time, warm bath before bed time are some of the guides that may be helpful
