Resignation while on or after MatLeave

Ask lang po malapit na kase matapos Maternity Leave ko, and I am planning to resign sa aking work. 6 years na ko sa government, not permanent but I have benefits. Gusto ko sana mag SAHM kase ever since nagka baby ako never pa ko nag full time. This time sana since this is my last child, gusto ko maging hands on. Sino po kaya recently un same case saken? Ano po ginawa niyo? Di ko din kase alam how to discuss this with my Boss.
