Oatmeal and if breastfeeding ka, you should change your diet too kasi minsan may effect yun. 😊

peanut butter po pag di po kayo allergic effective kaso medyo hihilab tyan pero worth it 😆

try drinking cranberry juice or eating gardenia na wheat bread it helps me alot before.

Prune juice kahapon lang po ako nagtry. Very effective. Drink 1 glass before bed
