normal na parng pagod na pagod sis, try mo light exercises like walking, be active parin but avoid strenous activities like pgbubuhat, ngkukusot laba mga ganun,then rest if u must,.do kegel exercise din pra mabawasn sakit balakang
i did not experience that in my 2 pregnancies. you can consult your OB.
