Maternity benefit of Philhealth

Hello! Ask ko lang po, last pay ng employer ko for my philhealth was last july pa but since nagresign na ako month of august wala na hulog philhealth ko and I'm currently unemployed. I'm planning to pay the remaining unpaid insuranc starting August - December 2019 bukas pagpunta ko ng philhealth para magamit ko for maternity. Nag aaccept sila delayed payments?
