Sss Mat Notif

Ask ko lang po if may nagtatrabaho dito sa sss, okay lang po ba ang id na gamitin ay philhealth id at yung passbook? Para sa maternity notification?

Sss id lng nmn ska ultrasound ung hhnpan nila..p xerox mo un ng dlawa copy..at my fill upon k lng n form..

Nung nag file ako philhealth and tin id lang pinakita ko pwede na daw yun sis.

no id needed as long as you have your sss number

Hinihingan po ako ng 2 valid id po eh ng employer ko

Pwede sis kung wala ka UMID basta 2 valid id😊
