Implantation bleeding???

hello, ask ko lang po if implantation bleeding naba ito? last mens is Sept 13, i have pcos po and currently undergoing LIT since i have APAS. with history po ng miscarriage 2x. please help. na loloka ako kasi since yesterday ganito lang ang discharge ko. salamat po
