lessen your sugar and salt intake kasi nakakataba un, avoid processed foods tulad ng delala, cold cuts (hotdog, tocino, bacon, etc). Prepare food from scratch (daming simple healthy recipes online), and most importantly exercise like walking, planking, biking, etc for a healthy body and heart
