Ask ko lang po is condom + withdrawal effective? Ung nakacondom po then kapag malapit na lumabas sa labas pa niya ipuputok with condom. Thanks for the response!

Yung condom itself effective na yun. No need na iputok pa sa labas since may protection na. Make sure yung bibilhin nyo eh yung mga kilalang brand at sa drug stores sana to be sure of the quality.
