if risky pregnancy mo, it is better to give birth sa hospital para in case na may mangyari like emergency CS eh nasa hospital ka na. pero ok din na mag lying in kung talagang gusto kasi pag lying in, konti ang patients so mas tutok sayo un staff, mas maalagaan ka nila. but I think if what you'll have is Normal Delivery, it's okay to choose a lying-in hospital. For difficult pregnancies and particularly if you need to undergo a Ceasarian Section, you may need to choose a major hospital. What you could probably do is check with your ob-gyne first. If your ob-gyne agrees with what you want, things will be easier.
