Hi po! Agree with mommy's comment po below, better po to consult your OB or pedia. On the safe side, personally mommy, I'll hold off on glutathione if gagamitin siya to help makabawas ng timbang. Try doing light exercises po, guaranteed mas healthy pa. Kahit simple lang mom! :) Anyway, after naman mag breastfeed ni baby, pwedeng pwede na lahat ng dati ay bawal! :D
