Ask ko lang kung pwede ba mag exercise ang buntis? Di kasi ako sanay walang ginagawa at ayoko din mamanas gawa ng di makapaglakad lakad dahil sa ECQ? btw. Im 25 weeks preggy po! Thank you sa sasagot?

Yes po basta yung light exercise lang and basta pakiramdaman nyo yung katawan nyo if kaya. Or better send msg kay OB mo and seek advice, ipaconfirm if pwede ka since sya yung mas nakakamonitor sayo. :)

Eh kaso wala din ako contact sa ob ko e dahil sa center lang ako nakakapagpa check up kaso close din naman sa center pagtapos pa daw ng lockdown mag open😔
