Paternity benefits is entitled only sa married men sad reality sa pilipinas. Pag di kayo legally married the father cannot avail the said benefits po. Pag magleave sya sa work subject for approval yan sa employer nya at leave of absent lang un not paternity leave. My bayad pag myrun sya leave credit from his office na magagamit pag wala unpaid un.

Dapat married kayo kasi isa sa requirements na isasubmit nya is Marriage Certificate.
