Headache

Ask ko lang. i am more than 7months preggy na and lately everyday masakit ulo ko, like ika 4days na ngayon. nung una feeling ko parang may sipon ako na hindi mailabas, pero di naman ako sinisipon.. until now ganun pa rin. Iniinuman ko siya ng Biogesic every morning, once a day lang naman kasi ayoko masobrahan. may someone ba dito na naging same situation ko? thanks sa sasagot.

Assess your routine and external causes too momsh. Di ka po ba puyat, stress, or baka dehydrated. Di ko naman po naexperience before. Mag rest po if needed. If it persists, I encouraged you to ask your OB momsh para mas maaddress po ng tama. Ingat po and congratulations to your baby. :)
