Doc, ano po kaya magandang advice para makatulog ako ng maayos sa gabi, 25 weeks pregnant po edd: july 19 Age 23yrs old, habang tumatagal po kase pahirap ako ng pahirap sa pagtulog at madalas din mangalay yung kamay at paa ko. Normal lang po ba yun? At tuwing gabi sinisikmura ako? FIRST TIME MOM po ako, okey lang din po ba na hindi pako nakakapag check uo ulit due of quarantine, last check up ko pa nung feb pa po.

1. Minsan hirap na matulog pagbuntis especially if malaki na ang tyan. 2. Minsan may manas na rin kaya parang manhid mga kamay Prenatal check-up schedule during the ECQ (Lockdown) 1. 11-13 weeks for TVS if not yet done, have initial labs (CBC, blood type, urinalysis, HBsAg, HIV, VDRL/RPR, Rubella IgG), you may send result to your OB thru Viber, etc 2. 20-24 weeks for Congenital anomaly ultrasound, to check the sex of the baby as well. 3. 28 weeks for vaccines if available (flu, tetanus) 4. 33-35 weeks for biophysical profile ultrasound to check position, weight and fluid. 5. 36-37 week for GBS screening (if available), to get admitting orders from you OBGYN 6. 37 weeks onwards: weekly check up to check if cervix is open. *while at home and waiting for the scheduled visits, monitor and record the following weekly: weight, blood pressure (if available), fetal movements and kicks (10 kicks/movements within 2 hours) *go to the hospital or labor room if any of the following is present: va
