25. Hi doc, 20weeks preggy now, EDD: on Aug 27-29. I have 2 questions po: 1. Ano po bang mga laboratory tests ang dapat nagawa na for 20weeks preggy? Ni-isang test po kc walang nirequest OB ko since na-preggy ako and nagpacheck up sakanya. Ang sabi nya pag 5 months daw po lahat nya irerequest ang kaso naabutan kami ng lockdown and close ang clinic ni OB. Baka po kasi may ma-miss kami importanteng tests. 2. Ano pong vitamins ang dapat na tinetake ko na ngaun 20weeks na po ako? Iniinom ko po is Obimin once a day, potenC once a day, calciumade once a day and fericap once a day. Prenatal Vitamins: 1. Folic acid once a day for first trimester 2. Shift to multivitamins during second trimester and continue up to 3 months after delivery 3. You may start calcium supplement once a day during the first trimester until 3 months after delivery Prenatal check-up schedule during the ECQ (Lockdown) 1. 11-13 weeks for TVS if not yet done, have initial labs (CBC, blood type, urinalysis, HBsAg, HIV, VDRL/RPR, Rubella IgG), you may send result to your OB thru Viber, etc 2. 20-24 weeks for Congenital anomaly ultrasound, to check the sex of the baby as well. 3. 28 weeks for vaccines if available (flu, tetanus) 4. 33-35 weeks for biophysical profile ultrasound to check position, weight and fluid. 5. 36-37 week for GBS screening (if available), to get admitting orders from you OBGYN 6. 37 weeks onwards: weekly check up to check if cervix is open. *while at home and waiting for the scheduled visits, monitor and record the following weekly: weight, blood pressure (if available), f
