Top of the Citi by Chef Jessie looks like a good venue for your family gathering. Aside from the sumptuous food, the restaurant offers a wonderful view of the Makati skyline. I'm not sure, though, if the place is pet-friendly and as toddler-friendly as other restaurants. I think it's a fine dine restaurant so expect for no play areas for your kid.
