normal birth on the 2nd April with no epidural, I had a high fever on 1st April I was feeling weak and all but I did not think tht much i thought it was js a normal fever tht on the morning I woke I start to feel some slight cramp when to the toilet to find out I was bleeding run to my mom room to asked is it time for labour/or smtg else… suddenly the contractions started stronger and I was still fever so I lay down for abt 30min and called ambulance to send me to kkh directly when taken away by the ambulance my temperature was at 39.6 then when in the labour room the nurse give me a covid test to found out I had covid so my husband was not allow to come in. And by the time I was at labour room I was 4cm dilated already. Then 7-8cm dilated I couldn’t take it already started to feel intense so I asked nurse to bring in my husband to give me support and they let without his support I think I would have died there literally… at 3+ Sophia finally came out from my stomach but her acidity lvl was too high so she was taken away to the speciality and I didn’t get to skin to skin and latch her… and the worse pain was literally getting stitches on your coochie they stitches me without giving me numbing injection or wtv it call and I was gg insane there………. And I thought my pain was over hell nah I had mastitis🥰 bcos of milk become clog and stuck inside my breast and cause infection. worse s*** ever literally the pain got me crying and I got postpartum depression bcos of my breast and I decided to make it stop bcos I was mentally and physically weak to even take care of Sophia I hated myself and I feel like a failure on tht time now I’m starting to do well and I’m adapting everything well

Hey April mummies! I hope you're all doing well during this special time. Sharing birth stories can be such a meaningful and supportive experience for all of us. When it comes to sharing your birth story, remember that every journey is unique and special. Whether you had a smooth delivery or faced some challenges along the way, know that your experience is valid and worth sharing. One tip for sharing your birth story is to focus on both the highs and lows of your experience. This can help other mums-to-be prepare themselves mentally and emotionally for their own labor and delivery. Don't be afraid to be honest and open about what you went through. Another suggestion is to include details about the support system you had in place during labor. Whether it was your partner, family members, or healthcare professionals, acknowledging their presence and assistance can shed light on the importance of having a strong support network. Lastly, remember to take care of yourself as you reflect on your birth story. It's okay to feel a range of emotions as you revisit that pivotal moment in your life. Reach out to fellow mums for advice, comfort, and solidarity as you navigate this postpartum period. Sending lots of love and positive vibes to all the April mummies out there. Normal vaginal delivery with epidural! I was dying when I felt contractions the first time and I knew I couldn't go on without an epidural 🤣 2cm upon admission, 4cm at 10pm, 6cm a few hours later. Water bag burst at 5am at 10cm dilated, and gave birth to my boy at 7am 😍post partum was bad the first few weeks but trying to get the hang of it. My boy turns 2 months tmr. Currently nursing him while he's fighting to get out of his swaddle.. He woke up a lot last night and sis is tired 😩😪

Normal vaginal delivery with epidural 😃 Was supposed to get induced but my water bag burst the night before I got admitted to the hospital. contractions started to kick in while I was asleep, so I went to the hospital and arrived at 7am. Immediately got into the delivery suite & took Epi around 11am. Chewed on ice while waiting for the time to push & baby arrived at 2:09pm. It was a smooth & fast delivery. So far pp is okay not too bad still getting the hang of it. Jiayou mommies
