ovarian cyst during pregnancy

anyone here that has ovarian cyst? probably 11cm, does it need to be remove or is there any medication that can help without affecting the baby? 9weeks & 6days preggy here.. tnx #pregnancy #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls
