TTC- I tool folic acid 5mg given by the hospital. You can get it from normal pharmacy outside. I heard it works the same.
Pregnant- First trimester continue folic acid & I bought blackmores pregnancy & breastfeeding supplement. 2nd trimester, stop folic acid, took calcium given by gynae which can be purchase from normal pharmacy as well.
