Try Angelin's Baby & Child Clinic. My friends who live in that area say that Dr Tan is very good. She is knowledgeable, friendly and effective. Don't know what condition your bb has but Dr Tan apparently specialises in respiratory ailments in children. Her facebook page is highly rated as well. Hmm, does your polyclinic doc have any referrals? usually if you have a referral from the polyclinic doctor, it would be a little cheaper :)
