spread your meals intake. so instead of 3meals a day, divide every meal into twos so you’ll have 6meals a day without eating more than you usually do.

hmmm. i jus had dinner, took me 1 hr to finish. i had stir fry cabbage with carrots & a bowl of very watery rice, abeit like porridge. now i'm like burping non stop.

Late noon if I’m hungry I will have abit of nuts or fruits. There’s the new packet milo with oats! I take that at night when I’m hungry.

ohhh. isit? hmm i shall check it out. but what do u usually eat for dinner?
