Graveshift working at BPO, currently wfh 11 weeks buntis

Anyone same situation ko na graveshift working at BPO, wfh naman pero buntis? what's you're take po nagpaplit po ba kau to morning shift? mas maayos kasi tulog ko sa gabi kaysa umaga. Seeking your opinion if ok to continue working at graveshift

Basta wag ka lang kulang sa tulog and take ka ng ferrous and iron para d ka ma lowblood or anemic since puyat ka lagi
