Anyone pona gumagamitnang calendar method? effective po ba ayaw ko po kasing mag pills. Pure Breastfeed po kasi si baby ko.Salamat po sa sasagot😁

Yes po effective po siya sa mga regular po ang period

Nung hindi pa po ako nabubuntis irregular po ako pero ngayon di ko sure kaso 1st month palang baby ko dinatnan ako pag regular na ako try ko po sya😄
