headaches and toothaches

Anyone here na nagsasuffer sa headaches and most of the time tootaches? Nagamit na ko ng toothache drops pero no effect i mean mawawala sya for a while pero babalik din "nabiyak na nga ngipin ko sa gitna" kaya super sakit (left and right pa pagumatake) tapos yung headache ko naman pag umatake 2-3days bago mawala. Any advice please?? ,(24weeks pregnant here)
