gestational diabetes

Anyone here na nagkaron ng gestational diabetes during pregnancy,im on my 34th week now and diagnosed with gestational diabetes,is there any complications both sa baby and mommy? Or may chance po ba na normal ,i mean healthy mailabas si baby?

Gdm po ako. If gdm si mommy, possible na magkaka diabetes ang baby sa future and si mommy naman is already a candidate for dm. So dapat after birth, mommy must control pa din ang sugar. Pag mataas ang sugar ni mommy, ma prone pa sa uti which may lead to higher risk na magka infection din si baby. If you cant control your diet, might as well mag insulin na lang but still controlling pa din kahit papano. Thats what I do.
