vitamins etc

hi, anyone here na di nagtake ng multivitamins and ferrous for pregnancy but puro healthy food like ampalaya and other veggies. mango and other fruits ang kain. and nagccereals lagi na nutritious and still healthy si baby lumabas? hindi din nagjjunk foods and softdrinks, more on milk(pregnancy and the hi calcium milk ng nestle) during pregnancy.
